Pump jar label template
A label template for 50 ml and 100 ml cosmetic pump jars. Custom pump jars run 35 to 80 mm across and 50 to 160 mm tall. See front and back labels on a 3D jar with its pump.

Pump jar sizes
The pump jar presets. Pick one, or set a custom jar, then set the label size in the editor. These are working sizes; confirm the exact spec with your supplier.

These are jar sizes, not label sizes. Jar bodies come Frosted or White. Start with 3 mm (1/8 in) bleed; your printer’s own spec wins.
How to read this dieline
The line types on this dieline, and what each one means.
The outside edge of the pack. Anything past this line is trimmed off.
Extend background colours and images to this line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts.
Keep text, barcodes and logos inside this line. 3 to 5 mm inside the cut is a common starting point.
Before you design
Front and back
Design a front and a back label on the same jar. Turn the 3D jar to check the two labels and the pump line up.
Cosmetic label checklist
The editor has a cosmetic label checklist (guidance): ingredients, net quantity, packer details and therapeutic claims. Confirm the final wording for your market.

A common starting point is 3 mm on all sides. Your label printer confirms the exact amount.
