Wine bottle and jar label templates
Labels are the fastest way to brand an off-the-shelf bottle or jar. Packaroo’s label format is built for wine bottles and jars: pick the container, set the label size, and see it wrapped on the 3D bottle or jar before you print.

Bottles and jars
The containers Packaroo’s label format covers. Pick one, then set the label size on it in the editor. These are working sizes; confirm the exact spec with your supplier.
| Size | Container diameter | Container height |
|---|---|---|
| Wine bottle, Bordeaux 750ml | 76 mm | 300 mm |
| Wine bottle, Burgundy 750ml | 82 mm | 296 mm |
| Round jar 250ml | 70 mm | 88 mm |
| Round jar 375ml | 76 mm | 108 mm |
| Round jar 500ml | 88 mm | 120 mm |
Label printers cut from a roll and small shifts are normal, so give every label a bleed. Most printers ask for 3 mm (1/8 in) bleed and a 3 to 5 mm safe margin. Always check your printer’s own spec before you send files.
How to read this dieline
Every Packaroo dieline uses the same four line types.
The outside edge of the pack. Anything past this line is trimmed off.
Where the board or film folds. Keep text and logos about 3 mm away so they do not land on a crease.
Extend background colours and images to this line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts.
Keep text, barcodes and logos inside this line, usually 3 to 5 mm inside the cut.
Before you design
Curved surfaces
A flat label on a curved bottle or jar can wrinkle if it is too tall for the curve. Check the fit on the 3D bottle or jar before you print.
Design it in 3D instead
In Packaroo you drop your artwork onto this dieline, see it as a 3D pack you can spin, check bleed and safe area, then export a spec pack your supplier can quote from. Start on the free plan, then export a spec pack for A$15, or subscribe if you export often.
