Mailer box or shipping box?
A mailer box opens like a lid and suits unboxing and subscriptions. A shipping box (RSC) is the plain carton for transit. Both take any inside size.
Should I size from the inside or outside?
From the inside. Measure the product with any inserts, then set that inside size. Your supplier gives the outside size for shipping rates.
Can I make a subscription box?
Yes. The subscription box and the letterbox mailer both open in the mailer box editor. Set the inside size to fit what you send.
