Full overlap box dieline (FEFCO 0203)

How to read this dieline
The line types on this dieline, and what each one means.
The outside edge of the pack. Anything past this line is trimmed off.
Where the board or film folds. Keep text and logos a few millimetres away so they do not land on a crease.
Extend background colours and images to this line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts.
Keep text, barcodes and logos inside this line. 3 to 5 mm inside the cut is a common starting point.
Before you design
The top face
Closed, the outermost flap covers the whole top, so it is one full panel for a logo. The flaps under it are hidden, so keep artwork you need seen off them.
Shipping box styles
Regular slotted (FEFCO 0201)
Four flaps meet in the middle, top and bottom. The standard shipping carton.
Open top (FEFCO 0200)
Bottom flaps only, open at the top. For trays, bins and stock boxes.
Full overlap (FEFCO 0203)
Every flap spans the full width and overlaps, for strength and heavier loads.
