Cake box template
A cake box folds up from one sheet with gusset corners and a window in the lid. Packaroo has 6, 8, 10 and 12 inch sizes and a box for 6 cupcakes, or set your own inside size.
Every design exports as a spec pack your printer can quote from: layered dieline, 3D renders, spec sheet and prepress report.

How to read this dieline
The line types on this dieline, and what each one means.
The outside edge of the pack. Anything past this line is trimmed off.
Extend background colours and images to this line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts.
Keep text, barcodes and logos inside this line. 3 to 5 mm inside the cut is a common starting point.
Before you design
The window
The window is cut out of the lid, so artwork there is lost. Keep logos and text on the lid border and the side walls, and check the closed box in 3D.
Height
Measure the finished cake, toppers included, before you pick a size. The cake presets run from 90 to 120 mm tall inside.
