Coffee cup sleeve template
A coffee cup sleeve is the fluted band that wraps a hot takeaway cup. Packaroo has two sizes for 90 mm rim cups: a small sleeve for 8 oz and a universal sleeve for 12 and 16 oz cups.
Every design exports as a spec pack your printer can quote from: layered dieline, 3D renders, spec sheet and prepress report.

How to read this dieline
The line types on this dieline, and what each one means.
The outside edge of the pack. Anything past this line is trimmed off.
Extend background colours and images to this line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts.
Keep text, barcodes and logos inside this line. 3 to 5 mm inside the cut is a common starting point.
Before you design
A curved wrap
The sleeve tapers, so the flat template is an arc, not a rectangle. Text set straight across the arc tilts once wrapped, so check it on the cup in 3D.
The seam
The two ends overlap where the sleeve is joined. Keep logos away from the join.
